What is RANCHO: New Era?
For five full days, teenagers live inside a narrative world, interacting with AI-driven characters, making decisions, completing challenges, and working in teams.
This is a format where participants immerse themselves in a self-contained universe with its own rules, missions, and roles.
Territory
A closed, secure complex that functions as an autonomous zone with its own internal logic.
Participants will explore:
- forest routes
- gaming halls and quest locations
- a horse stable
- specially prepared mission zones
All infrastructure is integrated into a single storyline.
Conditions & Atmosphere
We are not about extreme survival.
We are about gentle adaptation, resilience-building, and support.
Participants:
- live in comfortable heated houses;
- constantly interact as a team;
- receive daily challenges that train strategic thinking;
- progress through a leader’s journey via practical situations.
Primary communication language: English.
Additional languages spoken: English, Greek, Ukrainian, Russian.

Path of the Guardians
A route that appears unexpectedly — through a note, a code, or a symbol in the forest.
Your task: find the keys to the next part of the story, decipher symbols, avoid losing your way in the dark, and maintain silence.
Signals of the Silent
An activity where you learn not words — but nonverbal leadership.
This is a game of trust, eye contact, and the ability to guide without commands.
Those who pass receive a “pass” to the next mission level.
Forest Archives
A daytime (and sometimes twilight) route across hidden points of the territory.
Each point contains an encrypted clue or a fragment of the Ranch’s story.
To obtain it, the team must complete a small quest-episode and prove they can act as one.
AI Secret Challenges
An AI-powered character becomes your ally, enemy, provocateur, and observer.
It may appear at any moment:
- in a private message
- in a team channel
- as an audio or video hint
- as a coded document
It tests your strategy, attention, and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Ritual of the Seers
Held in the evening at a hidden glade.
These are short practices designed for imagination and intuition — not for relaxation.
They form your “inner map” without which many missions are nearly impossible.
Ranch Operative
Secret nightly team meetings.
Discussion of suspicions, roles, behavioral patterns, attempts to detect agents and manipulators.
Every evening brings a new dossier.
Every decision affects your reputation in the game.
RANCHO Family Edition (for parents)
A separate format for families who want to be nearby, but not interfere with the game.
Parents stay on the territory and follow their own program:
- coaching sessions
- practices
- relaxation zones
There are moments of connection:
- family quests
- “parents vs. children” missions
- a final shared event
Result: renewed relationships, trust, understanding, and collective emotions.
